Hey Rob - do I understand correctly that in your thinking Pull is offering a superior choice to satisfy demand. (Vanta has pull because its the best choice to get SOC2)

Whereas Push would be classic outbound activities?

no, maybe I need to write about this more clearly - pull vs. push is about who puts in the effort to get a deal done. It's not inbound vs outbound - it's about whether, however you get in front of customers, you have to twist their arm to buy (push) vs. they actually put in the effort to buy (pull)

got it - in b2b / non PLG environment - how do customers with strong pull behave? what can i realistically expect?

Strong inbound, them pushing to get the demo done fast, not negotiating long on contracts?
